Clause 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The ari168 website accessible at https://ari168.app, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features offered therein.
"Member" / "User"	Any individual who has successfully registered an account on the ari168 platform and has been granted access to its services.
"Account"	The personal, non-transferable account created by a Member on the ari168 platform, associated with a unique username, password, and verified identity.
"Wallet" / "Balance"	The unified digital wallet within the ari168 account that holds a Member's available funds for wagering across all game categories.
"Bonus Funds"	Promotional credits awarded to a Member's account subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms of each promotion.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by ari168 to confirm a Member's eligibility to use the platform.
"Bet" / "Wager"	Any real-money stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, togel (numbers lottery) draw, or any other wagering product offered on the platform.
"Winnings"	Any amount credited to a Member's account as a result of a successful bet or game outcome, net of the original stake.
"Withdrawal"	A request by a Member to transfer available funds from their ari168 Wallet to a designated Indonesian bank account or registered e-wallet.
"Responsible Gaming Tools"	Self-management features available to all Members within their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Clause 2

Eligibility

Access to the ari168 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ari168 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• Residency: This platform is operated for and directed at residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and during normal use of the platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not register if you are under any form of legal guardianship that restricts your ability to enter contracts.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ari168 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or disguised through aliases, family members, or third parties — is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You may not register or use the platform if you have previously submitted a self-exclusion request to ari168 that remains active. Self-excluded individuals who attempt to circumvent the exclusion will have their accounts closed and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: You may not use the platform if doing so is prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ari168 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or wagering.

Clause 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of ari168 services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply:

• Accurate Information: You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• Username and Password: You are responsible for selecting a secure password and for keeping your login credentials confidential. ari168 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• Account Security: You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ari168 support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp at +62 812 0000 1681.
• KYC Verification: ari168 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of the registration process and prior to processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a copy of your national identity card (KTP) or passport, and in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Closure: ari168 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, or where identity verification cannot be completed to the satisfaction of our compliance team.

Clause 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

ari168 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following verified Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, GoPay, DANA, OVO, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits

• All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ari168 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your ari168 Wallet in real time. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes, contact support immediately with your transfer receipt.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source account or held pending investigation.
• ari168 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Standard bank transfer or e-wallet transaction fees charged by your financial institution are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified members during normal operating conditions (24/7, WIB). Processing times may be extended during periods of exceptional volume or scheduled maintenance windows, which will be communicated via platform announcements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction; higher amounts may be split across multiple requests.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the same name as the ari168 account. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be declined.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. If your account has not been verified, withdrawal processing will be suspended until verification is complete.
• If a deposit was made via a bank transfer, the corresponding withdrawal will be processed to the same bank. If a deposit was made via an e-wallet, withdrawals may be processed to either the same e-wallet or a nominated bank account in your name.
• ari168 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests that are deemed unusual or that trigger our fraud detection system. In such cases, we will contact you via your registered email or phone number.

Clause 5

Bonuses & Promotions

ari168 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x). This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus bonus) must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. The contribution schedule for each promotion will be published in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. ari168 employs automated systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is Rp 100.000 or the equivalent stake on any single sports market selection, unless the promotion states otherwise. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the voiding of winnings and removal of the bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud: ari168 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus — and to close the associated account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other behaviour intended to exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Seasonal Promotions: ari168 regularly runs seasonal campaigns coinciding with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The specific terms of each seasonal promotion supersede these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.

Clause 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the ari168 platform, across all game categories including sportsbook, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, slots, and sabung ayam (cockfighting) markets:

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and market. Limits are displayed within each game interface and on the relevant sportsbook markets. ari168 reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• Bet Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official results as published by the relevant governing body or game provider. For sports markets, ari168 uses official league and competition results (e.g., BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League). For togel draws, official results from the relevant market's governing lottery authority are used.
• Voided Bets: A bet may be voided and the stake returned if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement period, or if a material error in the published odds is identified. ari168 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds and to correct settled bets where a settlement error is discovered.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all individual selections within the parlay to be determined for the bet to be settled. If one or more legs are voided, the parlay is recalculated using the remaining valid legs.
• Game Integrity: All slot and table game outcomes on ari168 are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. ari168 does not manipulate or alter game outcomes.
• Connection Issues: ari168 is not liable for bets lost or disrupted as a result of a Member's internet connection failure. Game state data is maintained server-side; bets that were accepted by the server before a disconnection will be settled normally.
• Currency: All bets, winnings, and account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

Clause 7

Responsible Gaming

ari168 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable environment for all Members. We take our duty of care seriously and provide the following tools and resources to support responsible play:

• Age Restriction: The ari168 platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. We actively verify the age of Members and will immediately suspend any account where age eligibility is in doubt.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings panel. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss caps. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the relevant period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automated session duration reminders. These alerts notify the Member once a specified playing session length has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members who wish to take a short break from the platform may activate a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 90 days. During a cooling-off period, account login is suspended.

Clause 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ari168 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any KYC process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or using any method to circumvent age verification.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, credit card fraud, or chargeback schemes.

• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game where player-versus-player outcomes are relevant.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Any suspected bug or error must be reported to support immediately; exploiting it constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or any systematic approach designed to guarantee winnings at the expense of the platform's commercial viability.
• Transferring account balances to or from other Members' accounts (peer-to-peer fund transfers are not permitted).
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation.

Clause 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the ari168 platform — including but not limited to the ari168 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, images, graphics, video content, and audio — is the exclusive property of ari168 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational wagering purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, copying, redistribution, or publication of any platform content without prior written consent from ari168.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software underlying the platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any platform content.
• Scraping, data mining, or systematically extracting data from the platform using automated tools.

All third-party game content (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) is the intellectual property of the respective game studio and is subject to the studio's own licensing terms.

Clause 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ari168 and its directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ari168 platform.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions beyond ari168's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the unauthorised access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The conduct or content of any third-party game studios whose products are available on the platform.
• Any delay in processing withdrawals that is caused by KYC verification requirements, banking system outages, or regulatory compliance obligations.

Nothing in these Terms limits ari168's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

ari168 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ari168 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC).

Your continued use of the ari168 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

Clause 13

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the ari168 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation. ari168 operates as a Licensed and Regulated Internationally platform.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and ari168, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ari168's internal complaints process by contacting the support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 calendar days of the initial complaint being submitted, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as determined by ari168's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict ari168's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights, property, or business interests.
